If this is your first experience with massage you probably have a lot of questions and may even feel a little nervous. This is normal and your therapist is here to help.
When you arrive you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form. Your therapist will go over the information with you, perform an assessment, and develop a treatment plan suited to your unique needs.
Your therapist will answer all of your question to make sure that you feel comfortable before you even get on the table.
Remember, this is your massage and it is very important that you feel safe and secure throughout your appointment. Please don't be afraid to ask questions

Not everyone is comfortable disrobing for a massage. That's ok! You can still benefit from the effects of massage if you choose to leave some or all of your clothing on. The most important thing is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed! If you do choose to disrobe, know that you will be covered at all times except for the specific area that is being worked on.
